Shadow Bay spec Homes
We're proud to highlight our work on these spec homes where we provided comprehensive design-build services for an investor. From initial dirt work to final finishes, we managed every aspect of the project, ensuring that each home was constructed with precision and care.
Located in Willis, Texas, these beautiful houses were completed under budget, showcasing our commitment to quality and efficiency. Our full general contracting approach allowed us to oversee the entire process, resulting in happy homeowners who have found their dream homes in this cozy community.
Highnote Family Home remodel
We're excited to showcase our transformation of the Highnote Family Home, where Rennell Construction provided comprehensive design and build services to remodel the entire upstairs.
This project involved converting a previously unused theatre space into a fully functional bedroom and bathroom, complete with new tile and countertops, a stunning walk-in shower, and a large vanity. We expertly routed a new plumbing system upstairs and installed luxurious vinyl flooring throughout.
Additionally, we enhanced the backyard by adding an impressive 8-foot cedar picket fence, over 100 feet long, to create ultimate privacy for the family. The result is a beautifully renovated space that perfectly meets the needs of the Highnote family.
Turner Family Home Roofing and Fencing
At Rennell Construction, we take pride in restoring homes and helping families recover from challenging circumstances such as the Turner family home, which sustained significant damage during Hurricane Beryl.
Working closely with insurance adjusters, our team navigated the claims process to ensure the Turners received the maximum compensation for their repairs. Our comprehensive approach included a full roof replacement, featuring IKO Cambridge Dual Black Shingles, which not only enhance the home's aesthetic but also provide superior durability and protection against the elements.
In addition to the roof, we installed over 300 feet of new 6-foot tall privacy fencing, seamlessly spanning six neighboring backyards. This not only improved the privacy and security of the Turner property but also added a cohesive finish to this neighborhood.
Swart Home restoration
Rennell Construction recently completed a comprehensive restoration of the Swart family home after it was severely damaged by Hurricane Beryl where a large oak tree fell on the roof. Our team removed the tree, reframed the damaged structural elements, and executed full roof replacements for the house, detached garage, and storage shed, which also received reframing.
We addressed interior water damage in three bedrooms and hallways by replacing sheetrock, flooring, and baseboards. We installed new hardwood floors and applied fresh paint to these areas. Additionally, we replaced the black chain-link fence and gate that surrounded the property, and rebuilt the front porch with a cedar column and new ceiling.
